After passing their physical screening test, this is roughly what you have to go thru : -
(1) Indoctrination (5 weeks)
(2) Basic Conditioning (8 weeks)
(3) Diving (8 weeks)
(4) Land Warfare (9 weeks)
(5) Basic Parachute Training (3 weeks)
(6) Special Operations Technical Training (2 weeks; Naval Special Warfare Center) 18-D/Special Operations
(7) Assignment to SEAL team for 6-12 months of on-the-job training

(9) Seal Qualification Training/SQT (15-week course) - topics include combat medical, communications, land navigation, marksmanship, Close Quarters Defense and Combat, tactics,

(10) Receive the Naval Special Warfare Insignia, or Trident if u pass out from SQT
