Why don`t ppl design mobile suits

Don't be infantile, I'm sure you could kill a shark or an alligator if you manage to poke it in the eye with a long, sharp stick, yeah, but you have to think about the teeth first.
It dosen't matter if grunts or humvees are expendable or cheap or economical, in order to be of any use, they have to actually fire their weapons. If they can't get to their target before they are killed, all their cheapness and expendability, like your points and credibility here... simply doesn't mean jack. -

how fast can a mech walk or run when compared to tracked or wheeled vehicles?

well if we are able to develop the technology, going up to 150km/h is not a problem. most tanks nowadays move at 70-80km/h max, jeeps n humvees not much more than that. a mech or battle suit or whatever it is, would most likely have been developed to at least match the speeds of tanks before they are commisioned for use.Originally posted by the Bear:here, we're talking about mechs...
