Because old folks like us can't remember things well, thank goodness for having such people around to help us old folks.Originally posted by wuming78:wow. how do u all remember these details so well?

yes that is jus an excuse.Originally posted by muchie:But most of us got work and family commitments so hard to find time to train leh...maybe it's just an excuse.
it takes discipline to maintain a training regime. but trust me once u get started and commit fixed time slots each week to do it rather than as and when depending on mood, it will be much easier.Originally posted by muchie:yes....but sometimes its also mental strength when u taking IPPT. Just like me, b4 i take 2.4 run, my legs will go soft already....don know y? Anyone knows which is the best place to go RT - Bedok, Maju or Khatib?
30 mins each time only?Originally posted by paulho:normally depends on mood and which day it is.
if not mistaken previously, PTI's work all week incl sat + sun. Fridays are off days, now not so sure.
Normally RT sessions are basically circuit training. 2-3 sets followed by 4 klick run per day session are normal. Normally up to 7:30-8pm.
But If camp that day got many officers or commanders or journalist around, PTI's have to "on the ball" are particularly harsh in tekan sessions which can include 3-4 sets and run around until 9-9:30pm also seen before.
If I choose my RT schedules I go for a bit of strategy. I will take thursday and sunday.
Thursday last working day of week for PTI who may be anxious to go home to get drunk & screw their wives/girlfriends.
Sundays, camp is like a ghost town, sometimes PTI a bit lazy mebbe 6:30-7pm "good day" leow.
yes...tks! i guess i got to buck up already...my window is closing in sept...so actually sort of preparing to go RT already...but that is the worse case!Originally posted by wuming78:it takes discipline to maintain a training regime. but trust me once u get started and commit fixed time slots each week to do it rather than as and when depending on mood, it will be much easier.
