Last year,it was announced that the SAF would start training in India. Not only are we growing closer to India and China,we also maintain close links with the USA and now, increasingly close ties with the French, given the recent announcement of the joint laboratory and other military ventures between Singapore and France.
How do you think that the SAF training in India will benefit the SAF in the long-term,given its recent rise to prominence and its increasing socioeconomic and military influence in the region and the world, along with the rise of China?
U can never be too well trained. Its always good to train with others as it helps keep us in shape and gives commanders a chance to employ different tactics thus giving positive feedback on how to improve. India has been in conflict with pakistan for some time, i'm sure we can benefit somewhat from this. Training there also helps improve relations. What have we got to lose?
