they will be downgraded to PES E temporary about 6 months but closely monitored for this period of time.
At end of 6th months, there will be re-classification of PES.
Usually if they are found gay in BMT, they will be OOC/OOT'ed rightaway and posted out ASAP. They will also be made a stay out personnel.
But remember there are different types of "gays" or rather types of confused gender identity.
Those who gets horny when seeing naked guys will be given the a/m treatment.
Those who are just effeminate might still go thru regular training depending on their intensity. -
Hehe, I PES E9L9. How I get it? No idea. Basically, my injury is a very normal one. It's stress fracture of my left tibia (shin). But those armour guys think I chao keng and refuse to let me rest and keep increasing pressure on me physically and mentally. Sometimes I can't even walk but they still insist there's nothing wrong. "It's in your head", that's what they love to say. Even my ultra swollen shin cannot convince them. I've got a bunkmate who told me that he didn't see any swell. Those people must be blind. It didn't stop even after I go to AH and get xray and prove beyond doubt that my shin is going to give way. Why? MO haven't certify it yet and so I must continue. Anyway, to cut story short. I was transferred to Tengah airbase as an airtech. And those MOs from Aeromedical center decided that enough is enough and downgrade me all the way down to E9L9 perm. So today, I'm an E9L9 doing what I love most, fixing aircraft during reservist.

Precisely.Homosexuals may not be effeminate in nature and vice-versa.Its just a stereotypical view that many of us are guilty of.

my MO friend said, you need jus one of these extreme conditions to have PES F granted:
- poor physique (extremely underweight or overweight)
- no or dysfunctional upper limb(s), unable to handle firearms
- no or dysfunctional lower limb(s), unable to move about
- dumb, cannot hear at all
- both eyes blind
- extremely poor mental ability, IQ too low
- poor & unstable psychological state, unsuitable to do NS
as for gays, most will get PES B or PES C. notwithstanding whether u have declared if are a homosexual (sign 302) or not, if u have effeminate behaviour, u may be graded PES B, C or E depending on your degree of effeminate behaviour. tis is to be determined by SAF's psychologists, not your MO. your MO can only refer you to them. tis group of people will get to stay-out, will not do overnight duties, will not be posted in units where they may be manipulated and will not handle classified documents other than restricted.
as for those who went for sex change operation, i'm not sure. -
haha i also easliy got Pes E1L9 just saying i'm diabetic and MO thought i want pes F. i say i want C he say only can give E

Ever wondered why everytime u go for a job interview & fill up the application form, there is a section on your medical condition? Employers do not wish to spend a fortune on your medical bills, neither do they want someone calling in sick every other day.
Get a PES F & I can safely say 95% of employers here will shun you upon sight. -
Unless times have changed that much, during my time as a NSF, gays are given C1 & certainly NOT PES E.
