There wuz an article on a pair of Eurofighter Typhoons who are flying over to Singapore from UK for testing & evaluation ... perhaps quite high chance dat RSAF is gonna replace our Skyhawks with this fighter.
The Euro is a much sleeker looking fighter ... but tink the F22 has better performance envelopes ... -

I mean the F35's electronics are well more common place then the F22's....It is afterall designed to give the US air supiourity for the next 40 years! -

Nonsense. Eurofighter typhoon is a MULTI-ROLE combat aircraft. What I meant is that when the project was conceived in 1980's, EF2000 was intended to be a interceptor against the MiGs. It was never to be a striker till recent trying to get export orders against the F-16 which has failed as it is too costly, can buy 4 F-16 for 1 EF (F-16 cost US$20 million while EF is US$80 million)
