  me by rite should have 4 or 7 not sure as 13 or 10 cycle no one can tell. Mostly like going down grade by this year. going to miss all the ICT

  Yap hopefully 7 more years. But it's not over till the whole things is done. Officially discharged. 13 yrs is a long time there might be policy changes also.i think 13-yr cycle is only a rough guage. Some ppl serve more some serve less. My fren who defer one kena ROC while they other go for 2 day war game. Some dun have to make up at all.So depend on your luck.
