Type I and II diabetes...hmmm....i guess both cases u have chances to be downgraded. of course Type I requires daily insulin injections..so a bit troublesome when combat...maybe will downgrade u. Type II...jus control ur diet and glucose-intake.....maybe cannot siam?

I forget the whole Pes classification system.
To cut it short, PES C can go combat.. depending on your level.
But seriously , they will be k-i-a-s-u and not allow you to go sispec.
just in case.
