ministers do not engage in graft. they engage in politics, fund-raising and the management and distribution of scarce resources.As such,I would be required to prosecute.....misdemeanours by certain factions within the government.

officially, we all know that the budget comes out of the ministry of finance and i do not think that the security forces fight for their love of your charming personality...

yes... and my office is the one heading the next meeting concerning the budget for domestic security... we are finalising the agenda before presenting them to the president and we think we can afford to save a few million dollars here and there...
if u got a compelling need for those few millions, i could always make a case that the F1 lottery betting can probably cover for the shortfall...
but i was thinking of plunging them into healthcare and charity...
so...
u could make do with an 80% slash to your agency's budget...

and all fund raising activities are open and aboveboard... the Auditor-General has fully endorsed it and praised this office for its "meticulous and transparent accounting practices" .
