Pes E personnel are those admin, deskjobs, paper work and clerk right.
Just wandering do they still have to collect the S.B.O, Helmet and other combat stuff etc......?

no they dont. it doesnt make sense to give them something they will not be able to use.

PES E who have SBO, helmets, etc are ususally personnel downgraded later on in service.
For No.4, boots,etc depend on where you posted and the unit regulations. Some units may not require you to draw these items out. -

Hmm...when war comes, dont ALL people, regardless of PES status, require to be out in combat?
In war, there aint anything called PES status

I mean, I heard ppl saying tt in war, pes status aint any issue. Only your role/vocation does -
