  the idea of shooting a officer on the back happen in Easy Company when they were still training as a Airborne Trooper..Captain Sorbel..
  it was agree among the men that Sorbel was a risk to them...but we are not sure if Easy will do it..becos Sorbel was replace by Winters..

  Sorbel represents the over-zealous officer with all the wrong approaches. It would be unfair to say he deserve no credit for Easy company's performance in the war. His training regime, no matter how sadistic it seemed, did shape the men up to a fairly high standard, although his treatment of his subordinates is not advisable in any circumstances.

  certainly agree with u..
  but he is certainly only suitable for staff n management level post right?
  n definitely not suitable for field leadership..
