Well then buddy...perhaps you would like to read AND understand the posting guidelines which are posted at the top of the Forum Index page again, specifically the following
2) Public domain information should be accompanied by the source of information. At the very least, references should ideally include the name of the publication as well as the date of the publication (Month/Year), or a link the full URL should it come from a website. And no, information from material restricted to MINDEF personnel doesnÂ’t count as public domain information!
3) Separate facts from rumours. If youÂ’ve been told about something your friendÂ’s brother girlfriendsÂ’ brother heard/saw, state it as such. In addition, if what youÂ’ve been told is supposed to be classified, rule (1) applies
What you've been told by your in-service friends
DOES NOT count as public domain information. And so what if you have a wide network of information, I'll dare bet most of the regulars here would have a lot of friends in the services as well who have told them things, but that doesn't give them the right to spill their guts all over the place. You can Ar Ka Liao with the CDF who told you about the sun, the moon and the stars, and I still won't give a flipping damn. What you've been told by whoever you talked to is in-confidence, don't go blabbing about all over the Internet.
Good that you have removed the information. Because I would have done so.
