  during my time there's 2 bac course per year for non-cdo personnel.

  Yup, no change except they insert a few cdos in together with the class. Non-cdo BAC courses run for roughly 2 weeks. 1st week teaches you the techniques of landing and chute adjustment while the 2nd week is the jump in clean fatigue.
