Hey, even the current Commando CO had his stint there as S3 ok! Not to mention Tiger Wong had his stint there as RSM.
Infantry where got pride wearing green hat? Get your fact right, we have no privilege to wear the green beret with the No.1 , unlike commando, guards and armour.

JusticeLegal, voicing your displeasure of any SAF soldier is your right to do so as long as no one takes offend by it. But hope you would remember that by insulting a SAF unit, you are asking for trouble with SAF/ MINDEF. They can take legal action against you whether you are S'porean or not or even living overseas. Take care.

JL must had lost his GF to a 3SIR guy.... or he wanted to get in there but can't.. anyway... no matter what #^%$#@^ u have with any 3 SIR guys, insulting the whole unit is just courting trouble... got guts then go fight enemy... not fight among SAF brothers.. who knows if we ever got caught in a war...3SIR guys will be the ones saving u...

tell you all what, get the 3SIR's SOF and those 1 hell lotsa units
and 4 Chinooks surrounding the area with 30 mm machine gun inside it..
and get 2 bionix to point the 75mm gun at his HDB unit , not to mention , 10 special forces troopers armed with special SAR-21 guns fitted with infra-red aiming and storm his study room and point the gun at his head and nab him into prison =D -
Whoa..I'm not sure to laugh or cry.Anyway, JL is a cannon with no safety and a loose pivot.Look, if you have issues with people from 3SIR, you should not tar the entire unit with your oversized brush.It just shows lack of education and common sense on your part.In fact, I'm pretty sure they will forgive you because you ar simply speciious and part of the Army's motto is to defend the helpless.Helpless here means ineffectual and impotent.
