Game rules is this
A. You are under direct enemy threat from a terrorist-infested to your West
- Strong Navy to your south
- Your southern islands have been occupied and the air space
used by the southern navy , you know of this but u can't do anything
- Your people are subjected to abuse and bullying
-people are not united against the threat
B. You have been granted a sum of money for your national defense
By the honorary President who managed to take it from the reserves
C. You got less then 8 million people
D. People refuse to do compulsory NS
1. You got 30 billion USD (6 Years of SAF's budget)
2. You can't buy any WMD
3. You can't buy any stealth fighter/stealth bomber
4. What would you use to defense the country?
You are supposed to build up a army before the enemy attacks?
You got about less then 20 tanks and 50,000 unfit demoralized soldiers
a airforce filled with over 20 MiG-21(s)
and 1000 commandos who carries AK-47 you know that the southern and western people have been eying your territories
Your country's GDP is less then US 100 billion and your area is quite small
about 50km x 50km
America's Spy Satellite noticed a mass buildup of bases and aircrafts around the enemy's area in recent years

The Southern Enemy has a vast porous land , and quite a number of
planes, 50 SU-30 MKM and 40 MIG-29 fitted with AA-12 missiles ,
doesn't have any AWACs but have a credible navy with no submarines
but with more then 20 aging patrol vessels , very little tanks about 50
The Western Enemy has a desert type of land , and has about 300 tanks
and 20,000 troops with 12 SU-25 FrogFoot and 20 MiG-31 , they have no ships although there's a ambitious plan of building a navy going on..

Your country is not a really good american ally, quite friendly with everyone ,
and enjoys a good ties with the russians , any major attack force is expected to reach here in about a few hours , about 150km away from the southern enemies and 200km away from the western enemies.
Enemy is building up for 3 years before deciding to use the nearby bases against you. -

Im not even the defense officer and furthermore im not in the country participating, ive taken this game from a uk forum and see how sg-forumers will react..looks pretty BAD to me!

To begin with,bribe and offer officers and key personnel on both sides with lucrative offers and promises.get them to provide Military Intel and Political Instability like what happened to Philipines some time ago.
During this period,take the oppunity to train up and increase the wages of the troopers and offer rank and some incentives.Implement a strict NS policy for both Men and Women.Purchase newer weapons and gear for the troops.
To tackle the South problem,purchase some subs and train a unit of divers from the Commandos to be up to US Navy SEAL standard or British Special Boat Service Standard.Next,equip the subs with dry deck shelter and purchase Seal Delivery Vehicles to enable the frogmen to destroy the credible navy by underwater means.By using limpet mines and so on.Thus able to avoid deadly and potentially disaterous war on the surface of the water.
Next,build up the areas to house the population.These can be used as deadly means to suck the enemy into Urban Warfare.Using the top floors of such buildings to house portable and mobile SAM sites.Thus hiding the real purpose.Sell the MiGs to a foreign country and with the money,create an airshow on the pretense of highlighting goodwill and stuff.Using this as a cover,purchase EuroFighter Typhoons and F-15 Eagles under contract and sign a hush-hush contract with the Americans and Europeans and have them fly the war planes.
Instigate both sides by using SF means.when harrassed,they will turn to fight both sides.Leaving much of their ground under-protected.Invade the both of them and immediately declare martial law. -

engineer a couple of "terror/commando strikes" at some of your own semi-important facilities. Plant "evidence" that suggest Western and Southern enemies are responsible.
