The aviation industry isn't an automobile industry.
Aircrafts go through servicing EVERYDAY, before flight, after flight and even when its stopping for while before going on another sortie, it will be checked.
Should there be any defect, the aircraft will be snagged and officers will decide if all aircraft must be grounded to do a fleet wide check or just to replace the part on that particular aircraft.
It is processes like this that keep the aircraft flying most of the time. Problems are rectified as soon as possible. Should the manufacturer detect something, they will send a report to all clients and we will receive it, identify and fix it.
