NS officer complete 7high key how?

was told all nsman only need 7 high key ICT, 3 low key n 3 BIT to ROD
as an NSofficer, if i complete e above before i reach 40, will i be sent to MR or will i be recycled?

Hi, recycle and final de-mob status... depends on final rank achieved, last unit served and yr potential (!!!). But if ordinary type of unit, and you remain as LTA, likely to be de-mobbed with your men.

Depend which arm you are in.

Normal infantry man 1 complete the full cycle, you might post to civil defence.

Support arm or special skill, most likely you are hold in the phantom unit. Unit could be for spare man power for all unit or whole unit reactivate if war occur.

If your are outstanding, well good luck recycle is on the way.

By the way, even you are 2LT, your ORD age is 50 not 40. 40 is for men only, that the price for officer.

IMO You should be safe if you're a junior commander whose name gets included within the main-body roster, & the whole unit gets redeployed to inactive status after your training cycle. Not being commissioned, I do not know if you'll get extraenous call-ups for doctrinal updates & maybe shooting competitions & stuff.

Recycling happens for 2 reasons: if you're a newbie who joins an older reservist unit & thus must compete his training cycle with another outfit, or if you're a KAH. The training cycle for KAHs is 16 years, not 13; that's why COs & RSMs & S1-4's don't stand down even after they've completed every ICT with the main body. In any case, if you've noticed, they don't tend to be from your NSF batch either; they appear to serve according to a different timetable.

Post-training cycle, you can opt to serve on under the ROVERS scheme, but has to commit initially 3 more years. The NSPC is supposed to contact such eligible reservists after 12 years on whether they want to carry on.
