if sign on as a regular, what is the deduction percentage rate for CPF as compared
to the private sectors har?

You mean the SAVER scheme?
Found a link; it's dated from 1998 (when it was 1st introduced), & I suggest you check with MINDEF on whether they've tweaked with anything since then.

i think its 13% or 15%.... can't remember the numbers... this is for specialists
