I got a question. Tht time i went for CMPB chkup, there was this pes status form that i must bring on the day i report for BMT, it was signed wif my old signature. But earlier this yr i chged my signature(eg: for bank passbk n signing misc things), do i use my old or new one on e day of registration?
Shouldn't be a problem, but I guess you'd better clarify with the appropriate people on the day itself. It's better if the signature is consistent, but then you'll basically be signing watertight bureaucratic forms for a single leviathian organization anyway.
I suppose if you're kiasu enough, you could bring along an inkpad & affix your thumbprint to the new signature ....
