  From what I observe, SAF forum mainly pertain to life & stuff in the SAF. Military is more on equipment, etc.

  I started posting only about 2 months back but, from prior lurking, it appeared then that this forum was more for fans of military stuff (not necessarily doing NS/reservist) & the SAF board served more as an enquiry site for army-related issues.
  
  Both sets of moderators are quite laissez faire - beyond clamping down postings of supposedly classified info - in which case the ensuring discussions evolve on their own, take on various tangents & sometimes criss-cross into each other's speciality.

  Different lah. SAF forum more for admin matters for those who are active or the reservist. Military nuts for the experts in these fields and those who like to stretch their imagination. Different ppl got different interest so its better to separate. It will be like rojak if everything under one roof.

  if got any SAF related topics, feel free to post it in the SAF forum.

  for other military issues not concerning SAF, example: Iraq war, military weaponary and other countries' military issues, u are advise to post it in this military nuts forum.

  Actually military nuts grew out from the speakers corner. The people decided to keep politics aside and set up this forum. All along, military nuts has always been for military equipment around the world, but mostly SAF. Only recently did so many admin stuff come in. Best to let all the SAF admin stuff in SAF forum and equipment in military nuts.
