Are you all still going through the following format in ATP 300m rundown? My brother-in-law who is in the combat formation now go thru a modify one, and not the one I had once gone thru.
300m : 3 rds - prone position
3 rds - inside foxhole
200m : 3 rds - prone behind log
3 rds - prone with sandbag
100m : 3 rds - prone without support
3 rds - moving target
50m : 3 rds - standing shoulder
30m : 3 rds - hip position
