  Yep practical is you want to be the target !!! look at it basically it is just a M16 with lots of spotlights !!! a walking christmas tree that is telling everyone to shoot at it. Also it is fix with a sinper scope, which the M16 cannot expliot the extra range, also with so many lights, you would be using it for night time .....
  so how far can all the combine light shine ? about 200m ? then it works against the scope. Basically you have equip yourself with equipments that is fighting each other and for the wrong purpose.
