Why don't reservist officers use their ranks in names?

  mayb go & make yourself a namecard with your NRIC, Addr,RANK & Name on it with photo of u wearing uniform on it.

  Just now got suan by my upperstudy sia
  
  was writing some admin papers and then put my rank/name
  
  "OCT ANDY XXX" instead of "2LT Andy XXX"
  
  Then he said "When you going recourse?"
  
  I stunned for a while then i realised sia... Haven get used to the 2LT thingy yet ah

  LOL! same as me. last time use to write PTE instead of CPL, after promotion.

  Haha.. in a year's time you will face the same problem, writing " 2LT" instead of " LTA".
  
  Takes some getting used to.
