Anyone can reccomend which military magz to boost knowledge?

  I hate to generalise...
  
  What kind of knowledge do you hope to boost?
  
  If you like the "Technology" stuff, JANE's do a pretty good job.
  
  If you like to look at Operator's level of things, SOF or SWAT will do a credible job.
  
  However, in the end, human interaction is the only way of knowing if its rhetoric or real.
  
  Reading "magazines" make one seem dumb... Use the word Journal or Digest instead.

  me, i lurrve Air Forces Monthly. that's AFM in forumspeak. i buy mine from the mama newsagent in holland v. ex, but usually worth it.

  the internet is a good medium. just search for anything you want and the results will show in an instant. that's probably why the search engine makes lotsa money during the internet bloom.

  Browse through the bibliography section of the same book; there's a bunch of material sources that's well recommended for further knowledge acquisition. Some of them are available in the libraries, or you can try ebay-ing to build your own book collection.
  
  Huxley doesn't really offer original assessment. He gets his info from those sources, & there's no stopping any enthusiastic amateur from doing the same.
