You're just an NSF, serve and piss off.No need to become so in love with OCS.Even if you want to make it your future career, please serve with substance, humility and responsibility.I am sick of seeing incompetent farks running around.Hope the trend stops. You are a leader, meaning that you must get into the dirt with your guys and go through everything with them, not standing there looking posh. You must be the first in, and the last out, never resting till you can account for each of their status and well-being.Not many have the ability to do that, the rest just go through all that wayang and at the end of the day, they are the ones who have not really learnt from NS.
once again, the usual tirades against the officers.
whatever u have all said against them, applies to the other ranks too.
in the end, its the person, not his rank, that matters in his attitude, behaviour, outlook, etc. a person is himself first, before he is whatever the military organisation bestow him for the sake of functionality.
