looking for concert/marching band

  Hi everyone,
  
  I just moved to Singapore with a clarinet and am now looking to join a marching/concert band here. Are there any in the Queenstown area? What other bands are around?
  
  Also, does anyone know where to take lessons for Highland Bagpipe?
