btw yaa.. i would also like to have a look at the list of the appearance of the bands for syf..
and alsoo.. are tics need to get into the audi? tats some rumour i heard.. need to confirm..

the ballotting has taken place already wad.. on friday the 7th.. that's why we're asking for the confirmed order of appearance.. sorry that's what i was asking.. i think it wasn't very clear..

Good luck for SYF anyway, 3 weeks to go!!!! I think tickets are needed, but i'm not to sure. And I'm kinda glad non-band people are visiting this forum. :p even if it might be by accident. pardon me if i offended anyone.

usually it will take a week.... perhaps by asking the band teacher i/c will be better cos its the end user(teacher i/c) that always hold on to the list and delay the release of results... -

I had emailed the CCA branch regarding the tickets to the SYF. Read below(their reply) for more info:
This year, we have issued 25 admission passes to each school for the day
that they are participating in the central judging. These 25 tickets are
meant for the parents and supporters of the band. The band members in
their band uniforms will be granted automatic admission on the day of their
central judging. Teachers, members of Band Directors' Association and
WASBE will admit using their CSC cards, BDA and WASBE cards respectively.
To better control the crowd, we will not be admitting students in school
uniforms unless they can produce the admission passes. If you are an adult
member of the public interested to attend the central judging and do not
have the passes or cards, you will need to identify yourself to our ushers
and we will try our best to get you a seat. We are expecting a huge turn
out just like in previous years hence we have put in place this system. -
is there any compilation of the titles of the pieces the bands are playing? Those that are willing to disclose theirs, i mean. It's kinda frustrating if you hear a piece you like but don't know its title...

persis is a really nice song I think another school is playing El Camino real, and that's really tough so i wish them good luck. I don't know who they are anyway

Guest of Honor : Dr Vivan Balakrishnan, Minister of State for National Development
After the concert, there will be a half an hour session where students from school bands can interact with the SWS musicians, ask questions on technical skills, interpretation, etc.
