And that is what being human is about..or rather the dark side of it- anonymous.

A single site where every user can be traced according to their acquaintances? Quite a boon for those who see security and surveillance as going hand in hand. How many people connect YOU to Bin Laden? How many people separate you from the next Unibomber? Two years ago, this information would have been exceedingly hard to come by. Today, anyone could easily find the answer (assuming Bin Laden is a member of Friendster). Breaking up a student group planning to protest the next G4 summit becomes as easy as connecting the dots. Everyone implicates themselves by simply accepting others as friends. -

it's depends on how pple viewed it, the topic starter just think too much.
for me, i feel friendster is a good network as friends who i don't meet often, update their daily life and photos. looking at it, i will feel they are fine and ok. it's also interesting to see some of the testimonials of what others writing for them. yeah, me a stalker? a stalker to get to know my friends are fine and happy.
p.s. just to let you know if you dun like strangers to see your profile, there is a option to edit privacy of only your friends can see and not others. -
U might be wrong..cause the issue here is not about viewing photos in freindster..Like for eg. one of my frens said that she didnt mix around with this guy, but i could see their friendster account connected...And that makes a drift in our trust in our relationship.Its something like a butterfly effect...if i not wrong, there is a theory or paradox which suffgeests that everythng in this world are connected in one way or another.....Originally posted by 798:it's depends on how pple viewed it, the topic starter just think too much.
