Question abt this guy's behaviour

This guy has this fixing glare at me and his eyes seem to be talking when he looks at me... that happens thrice already. All this once, i thought he is werido, thus didn't take the glaring incident into heart. Then recently, he smile at me suddenly. I was taken aback and so i dun have the reaction time to smile back. Really paiseh about it.. think i'm quite rude. Plus, i dun even know him at all, only attend less than 4 classes with him. Does this mean that he like me?

In general, guys who are shy will not be confident to approach girls they like upfront. If a girl and a guy lock their eyes to each others, numerously, it will be a signal that the guy can approach the girl to introduce himself. Of course, girls can reject if they are not comfortable.
Than again, in your case, the guy may be interested to get to know you. Afterall, you are in the same class. No harm done to know another friend. You DON"T have to provide him any of your numbers and so on if you don't like to. If at later stage, he kept asking you out.. well, you can reject if you do not want to accept him.
Don't think too much over it. Keep it simple, keep it natural. Let fate do the work. -

Well, all you need to do right now is to encourage him...flash him a smile in his direction next time when you got a chance to do so. Don't admit that you are smiling at him of course, pretend that you were thinking of something happy and didn't realise that you were smiling at him..hehehe...let him make the first move alright?
