well, i guess it all comes down to how's ur figure is like. say if u're a big guy with big biceps, very broad shoulders... having a very small waistline like 28 may not make u look tt good... but if u're a smaller size guy with a figure that's as petite as some gals, den having a small waistline like 28 will suit u, wouldnt it? o btw, 28 is small for a guy, not a gal... well, the same goes for gals.... and i belong to the bigger size gals with broader shoulders but not the extent of the national swimmers of coz... and having a straight figure when u look from the back or the front, makes me look "wide".... i have fats on the sides.. think u call them the obliques? tt's wad bothering me... i can pinch the fats and see how good i will look with less of them.... so... i havent got much suggestions on how to lose those weights.. and i stress again i'm not keen on losing weight... after all, muscles weigh heavier than fats... i already have my share of muscles.... since i usd to play a sports for sch before i stopped for exams... used to go gym like once or twice a week, training 3 times a week and another day for some physicals on the track.. is tt hiong or wad?Originally posted by pete98:Now this is the part that puzzles us guys. Do not skip your meals, you can eat but eat healthy food, if you wana loose some weights then you have to eat less carbo, a well balance of vegies and other healthy food in your daily meal, and don't forget to eat fruits as well, and exercise will help too. But yes I am obsessed, But not as obsessed as a fren who takes her weight every morning and every nite. I dun have a weighing scale. But when I put on weight it's always ard the waist. When I can make my tummy flat again, i will lose like 2-3 kg.. and I don't think I'm thin, I wish i were but I ain't.
Sometimes I have high metabolism, sometimes not. But I do take stairs when I can, drink a lot, avoid freid stuff but I do still have them like every week or so. The thing abt me is I hate snacking. If I';m hungry, I'd not eat unless I get a full meal. I seldom snack, but I get gastric pains by not snacking (sometimes no cooked food is availible). If I';m hungry but cooked food is not available and I'm home, I will just have milk or something. When I'm out, I just drink water. Not taking soft drinks help too.
Most guys won't understand about this waistline thing.
