I am 16. Six years ago I met a girl who I fell in love with. She didnt know, however, until I told her six months ago just before we split up to go to different colleges. She was really surprised and said she wasnt looking for a boyfriend before the end of year tests (just before we split up). We have remained friends and wrote letters to each other to a while and now write e-mails instead. We hang around with each other in groups rarely and when we do I am usually very quiet while she likes to talk alot. When I am around her I get a kind of glow inside and just want to keep that glow there. How should I move from here? Is all hope lost? Is there still a chance?
She didn't say 'no' outright, so be patient. You've already made your feelings known haven't you? Just don't do anything silly, you'll regret losing a friend.
