  aiyo 17 is starting of a girl's prime leh. motivate yourself to slim down at least to a size10. i used to be fat fat one also now not so fat but still not slim. i want to wear nice nice so just control my appetite. eat more fruits. don't eat anything after 6pm etc etc.
