Diff. rooms, diff. ideas and perceptions...

  People living or working in a diff. rooms tend to give diff. ideas or perceptions about other people living in the other rooms. Why is that so?
  Is it becoz they're lack of communications? Or is it becoz they just don't bother to mix around once they've settled down in that room and this creates more trouble among them?..
