THink carefully, if you buy something TOO expensive, she might be expecting those kind of gifts all year round during V-day, Christmas, etc. But if you get something average, she might think you're cheap skate.

I once bought a Tiffany's bracelet for an ex-GF cost me around $400 plus. Thought it was quite a bargain. They put it in this really nice box and straight away she'll know it's from Tiff's
Take her on a cruise? Pair of boots? pandent? day spa package? -

Give her something handmade. Example, sewing. Sew those criss-cross things into something beautiful, like a picture of a scenic house, or the word "Happy Birthday" or "I Love You"
Instead of giving her jewellery, money, or other expensive things, u are giving her your ultimate gift which is your labour of love. She will be touched by ur sincere and thoughtful gesture. It's meaningful.
Remember, sewing is the best. Coz it's feminine...girls will most probably like it. If not, anything else as long as handmade. I recommend sewing the best.

If she doesnt appreciate this, and she shows more glee for expensive gifts from others, then u know she is a materialistic girl....so u know u should find a better girl. So it works too to make u know what kind of girl she is. Good right? -
21st is a special birthday so give her something meaningful-
it is ok to give diamonds (chain & pendant or bracelet) cos those from Taka Jewellery etc are very affordable.
If she is someone special, don't be cheap, spend a bit more, then she knows she mean a lot to u. -
