  Hello...I have a suggestion for u.....in a crime, experts say 2 things must exist: temptation/ motivation, and chance. Same thing if u wan to stop doing it.
  
  First, u need to avoid temptations and motivations, such as by avoiding magazines, videos, articles, etc which contain "sexy" stuff which may tempt you and motivate u, and avoid looking at sexily-dressed girls, etc etc.
  
  Second, eliminate the chances. Think of when and where and how u normally do ur business, and eliminate those chances. Example, make urself busy by going out, dont be alone in a room, open ur bedroom door, etc, so that u dont have the "chances" to do it.
  
  If u combine these 2 things Im sure u will succeed, even without u realizing it.
