As she already said that she's not ready to get into a relationship now... this means, in women's term, that she's not attracted to you at all. You should forget about her.
If you buy her flowers, it will worsen your chances and even cause her to avoid you completely. Why? Because, to a girl, she might feel that you are bribing her love with flowers.
I hope you get it. If not, then you'll need some serious knocking on your wussy head.
