  If a girl start to chat about certain items like levis jeans(told me her waist, type of cuttings she like, etc) when her birthday is near(1more week). Is she hinting me to get it for her BD gift?

  Depend on how well you know her and are willing to spend on her.. you could get her it. Or maybe share with some other friends.
