Anyway.. ur diet is seriously deficient in all departments of nutirents n minerals.. U r really eating too little.. plus u r exerting urself so often.. tt
is (not can be) detrimental to ur health..
THis esp so since u r 17 n still growing.. ur body needs alot of nutrients to synthesize, grow n repair.. u wouldnt want to suffer from health problems in future or possibly affecting ur look n function as a female..
Ur choice of food is healthy i muz say.. comparing to the junk i eat..

However.. it's clearly tt the quantity is lacking.. n there's nothing wrong with eating rice or noodles.. u need them as fuel for ur training.. If u r dieting.. u could eat less but not none at all..
N one more thing.. n the most impt of all.. make sure ur mindset is clear.. if u r already slim.. dun insist tt u should diet somemore.. it's not at all a pleasant to see matchstick girls at all..
