my preciousssssss..............Originally posted by PoRen:DBS Credit Cards send me a statement every month since Sept 2004, with a late payment charge of $32.50 added every motnh.
The problem is there was not a late payment in the first place and I have spoken to their Customer Service staf several times and wrote in to them, but they just keep on sending the statement with $32.50 added to it every month. The Customer Service staff told me it had already been handled. I am so angry and frustrated that I feel like sueing DBS Credit Cards.
Whatever can you sue them for?? Sending you letters? If they actually made you pay the late charges, the only thing you can ask the courts to do is nullify and of the charges. Providing you don't actually have late charges.Originally posted by PoRen:DBS Credit Cards send me a statement every month since Sept 2004, with a late payment charge of $32.50 added every motnh.

Seriously... You think $32.50 a month is good enough a reason for you to 'SUE' a BANK...?Originally posted by PoRen:DBS Credit Cards send me a statement every month since Sept 2004, with a late payment charge of $32.50 added every motnh.

DBS that bad huh?Originally posted by mistyblue:my suggestion is not to use any DBS service.
You get more frustration than its worth. The PR will explain away all their incompetencies. The bank teller will further insult you. The manager will come and explain that you have to take it or leave it. At the end, you still angry, take more sh|t and you still have to pay up even if its not your fault and the system is highly inflexible that they will not checl or write off the issue until you pay. Next, they might black list you and you have issues getting a card from other banks.
So why do you even bother with that bank in the first place????
Having worked there myself... I don't even own a credit card from the bank...![]()
when you see behind the scenes... I rather not use their serivce. Everyday, I hear tons and tons of complains fro customers and from internal staff using the service... I see their process so screw up and I know the people who run them and the instructions is from the top who I have a very low opinion of... so my advice again and again.. Why do people want to suffer bad service and pay them to treat you badly?Originally posted by pqr:DBS that bad huh?
If is true, then just cancell your credit card and use other bank
