Should I Understand Them or They Should Understand Me?

  I can say come frm a conservative family..then my parents always like "chant" at me..say i use PC very long..i do use quite long,but its all on decent matters..sumtimes on relationship prob n other personal problems,cos i got alot of problems on BGR n things so on,i do counsel/giv advice to moi fwens too..i feel like talk to moi fwens betta..cos e age gap not big..but i told my parents i chattin wif my fwens on my personal prob..they noe,but they still "chant" at me..summore e PC is in e livin rm..sumtimes i usin den they keep seein,c wad i do..make me feel abit no privacy..shld i understand betta or shld they understand me more??

  im in same position like u...1st try to understand ur parents, try to take care of their concerns....if it dosent work... do sth drastic.. my younger bro ran away from home..then parents stop chanting too much...giving more freedom

  Good at multi-tasking yeah?
  Your parents are worried about you, because you're spending your time with cyber friends rather than real friends.
  
  Try using the phone as a alternative or meeting up with them.
  
  Your question is not valid in my personal opinion. What you should ask is, do you understand yourself and what do you wish to get out of spending your time from your PC?

  I guess your parents are worried if u neglect other activities & spend too much time on computer.
  Some people become loners cos they forgot how to interact face to face.
  Also don't neglect your parents, spend time with them.

  wah.. teaching ppl to run away from home is not good wor.. but sometimes.. parents need this wake up call
