go to the search and u find my problem i have with my gf,latest post is wedding....Sad to say,my relationship with her end 4 hrs ago.....
Wats my aim in life now?Planning to get married,have kids so on....all gone
My heart hurts.....espically when i cry too long -
well, end 4 hours ago...
time now is to grief, cry, and all that..
but after a while, let go.. it's hard but make a decision to let go..
go out, do stuff, meet new people..
and if it's a problem, the forums are chock-full of activities like a visit to sentosa this friday.. join them...
time will wear away the jagged edges of the hurt...
look back, learn from the relationship, learn from any mistakes made.. become a better man...
and maybe, somewhen in the future, you may start all over with another..
that's how i got over my broken heart... -
find another girl to love. give urself and others another chance

Dear Doomz,
Nobody likes a r'ship & wif it, hopes & dreams, to end. It's natural to feel a sense of loss when u've juz broken up wif the person whom u'd hoped to marry. Feelings of disappointment, anger & deep sorrow may follow ur sense of loss.
Give urself time to grieve, it's a loss tt Nobody wans to go thru. It's natural to reflect over wat went wrong in the r'ship, & it's oso natural to ask urself whether u shd've given the r'ship more time, whether u shd've tried harder, etc.
Ultimately, try to get over the loss & the broken r'ship after some time. Learn to let go of ur grief & learn from past mistakes. Then, when u're fully over it, perhaps u'll meet someone who raises those hopes & dreams again. U can, cosh this happened once to me & I'm so much happier now.

Letting go of a dream we create in a r'ship is usually more difficult than letting go of the person. Close this chapter of your life. Few things to do :
1. Evaluate what went wrong in this r'ship
2. Make peace with the ending of the r'ship
3. Learn from the experience
4. Vision a positive future for yourself
Everyone risk being hurt in a r'ship. Give yourself some time to bounce back again. Cry if you feel like it. Take a break if it makes you feel better. Find a hobby to occupy yourself. Do things you've always wanted to. Do not reject your friends or family's support.
Keep your spirit up in spite of what had happened. Do not let the rejections knock you down.

No day is doomsday until you determined it to be.
Perhaps you're trying hard to reach your "target" of marrying her by certain time frame. Let it go, even if you say you are 30yrs old...
Time is the answer, like some of them say, meet new frens, do some new stuffs.

Make sure that you're clean and comfortable and your bedsheets is tidy and clean. Preparing for all these before you sleep helps to take your mind away from your troubles temporarily.
If you can't sleep while on the bed, pray....and pray to your own religion while you're on your bed. You should be able to sleep after praying.

I suggest you better do something with your self-image. Go for workshop/classes and get your life back. Girls played me but i don't give a fuck because I know I will get someone better being an alpha male. When girls play shit with me, I let them know you better watch what are you doing, otherwise I won't give them what they want, their fantasies etc. I'm a jerk? No. TO yall desperate guys out there. Read.
1) I am confident
2) I don't give a fuck about other think.
3) I don't reflect neddiness , because I don't think at the moment about long term partnership , how to fuck her and so on .
4) I'am relaxed.
