Anyone watched channel 8's 9:00pm show? That 'huo xia qu' show? I really pity that Chen han wei, after 7 years of coma in hospital and woke up to find his wife being taken by his friend and daughter calls him daddy. How can anyone tolerate that? It's like after a sleep, the next morning ur wife is married to another friend, ur daughter is not urs.. It's not fair! But for that wife, it's also hard for her to wait upon him for 7 years, who's willing to stay single and serve someone who might never wake up again?

here, the husband is in hospital and the woman goes off, forgetting her vows if "in sickness or in health... til death do we part" -
Since the husband is like a still-born baby, maybe she feels lonely due to the lack of communication/love. So seeking solace on another man is like a form of 'relief'.

put myself in their shoes, so i guess since i'm male, i'll put in chen han wei's character's.
i think i would be ok. i mean if i was still in his condition, cmon, the strongest man will still feel "zhi bei".. so i think i'd have to deal with self-esteem and depression issues FIRST, then worry about the other things later.
let's say i totally recover, i think no matter how hurt or angry i feel, if her heart has left me, it has left. it doesn't matter if she's in the wrong or not. so what if she admits and says she's in the wrong, it doesn't mean she'll love me back.
as for chasing her back, well.. aiyah, how far story u want me to write? ahahhahah

Everyday when i watch this drama, it just makes me think back of my past relationship. It was somehow the same except that my ex didn't sleep this long and i'm not married to him.
It's really sad on both parties. My ex was involved in an accident and fell into a coma too. Up till today, (it has been more than 2 years) he's still bed-ridden. I can understand the female actress' feeling. It's not easy clinging onto a 'clueless' relationship like this, like alone for 7 years.
On Chen Hanwei's part, he's fortunate because he is still able to start afresh. His strong determinations rewarded him with the ability to walk and move. But my ex is confided in bed, with no ability to talk either.
Some had said that i'm heartless to leave him. But how many knew the torture and stress behind it? We're not married and there were other factors behind it too.
So, fellow forumnites, please do not jump to conclusions as to judge who is in the right or wrong. You will never understand the real situation unless you've been through it in your real life...

Somemore she only found out after 7 years later.. She also wouldn't know that he will wake up again after so long.. in the first place she rejected tay ping hui also.. cos of the husband.. -
