HELP!

my hand trembles a little whenever there is a live firing(.22 revolver) causing inaccuracy. on contrary, my hand dun trembles during dry shootings. i tried things like taking a deep breath to compose myself but to no avail. can anyone teach me the art of composing? or prevent the hand from trembling?
