You can love a person, even if he/she is unavailable. Afterall, Love is natural and natural means it happens without consideration for anything else. Love is intangible - you can't measure, neither could you quantify it. The word 'Ethical' and 'Moral' only applies to mortals - Cupid never understand nor bound by those terms.
All is fair in love and war; of course, unless he/she is married. Not so much about the uavailable part, rather, its about the complication involved.
