my rule for beggars is this: i will give to people who are really handicapped. like lost one leg or something like that. able bodied people who just are in financial difficulty? no way

haha.. if i am not wrong, i recall seeing some middle-aged woman scolding the young guy while he was sitting in the underpass between the stretch Lido and Scotts Shopping Centre.... That was a few months back already..
He looked ashamed leh, just bent his head all the way. and the woman seems quite stern while reprimanding him. haha...
Since so many people r so against his actions, why not use him to vent ur frustrations? haha. if u are just feeling moody at work or what, just go up to him and scold him all the way... think he is a good tool for venting frustrations on... -

there is a boy about 16 to 20 yrs old plus minus begging and he is simply terrible. he is really an embarassment to humankind and milking the kindness of sporeans, there are so many more kidney/cancer patients who are wking hard to have money to cure themselves and none are begging except tis a ss who thinks of begging as a way to solve his poverty status
