Oh yeah, there are a lot of risks in doing surgery, like botox, your smile will be stiffen if you do it too much. And there's the occasionally bruises here and there if you do plastic surgery for nose or anywhere else.

btw, cosultation fees are also not cheap, and also, if yo uwant to shapen any areas liek your nose, can cost up to 2k or more. Are you sure you want to do a full face surgery? So expensive and there are many risks to take.

Let me know after your surgery! I also feel like re-doing a few things..
But I suggest that you jus do some features instead of all.. Im sure u arent ugly as u describled. Furthermore, there must be some good features you wanna keep which makes u still look like your family.
Guys dont have to be toooo handsome.. Dress smart & neatly, since u mention that ur figure is okie.. I think U jus go for the surgery for features you really dislike, save money also. Dont turn into micheal jackson..
