WORK COMPLAINTS.

HELL. Figured that since I'm a moderator here, I should try some of the local 'customer services' myself?
Before I start.. Yeah... I know there're often shits at work... Anyway, JUST COMPLAINING....
I was never really interested in climbing the ladder at work and to take part in all the political shits. But somehow just got picked up. Opportunties come in and I just sort of 'proved' myself? Heck.. Personally, I just see it as a challenge for myself... Perform better and such... For my customers maybe? For workplace's welfare? Whatever....
FINALLY!! Got PROMOTED (again?). Only this time around, a different 'level'? CONGRATULATIONS!! Because you're HARDWORKING. You show that you can be CAPABLE. (and can be made used of?) You've been promoted with minimal (almost non-existing) increment... And then it's MORE SHITS, MORE SHITS and MORE SHITS... And the POLITICS which would cook up more unneccessary works for WHOLE LOTS of you.... And with people STEPPING OVER you... PEOPLE LEAVING and no replacement (heck! Why the recruitments in the admin dept and not the front lines..??).
ALL the UGLY FACES SHOW UP. That HORRIBLE MOUTH with that HORRIBLE SMELL....
THAT'S IT! WHEN IT'S TIME TO GIVE UP, IT'S TIME TO GIVE UP!! SAVE SOME SHITS FOR YOURSELVES PEOPLE.... -
A) stay on in that shit comapny of yours
B) resign and change job

Congratulations on your promotion.
Though the monetary increment may be negligible, the elevation of position would still look good in your resume when you apply for a new job, that is if you wish to jump ship.

Yeah...totally agree with Devil1976, there's a lot of qian pian Singaporeans out there in the working life. Simply out there to make hell out of other people's life whenever they get a chance at it. They schemed and schemed their way to their own personal 'achievements' in working politics and they don't even realised when they're being paid peanuts by their employers. ~_~:
Anyway, I quitted my job...stopped working for that stupid Singaporean boss and my Singaporen colleagues. Saw no future working for a stupid fat, bald and ugly boss with no leadership/boss qualities. And also congratulated myself for not working anymore with my sissy, possibly gay, childish, petty, act-tough, knows nuts(nothing), almost 30s, no gf, desperate for any girls, boss-licking male colleague.
Going for an interview tomorrow for a better job, thanks GOD. -
