Hm. Like what other posters have said, she could have waited too long for you to make the first move, and while you are still fidgeting, she lost her patience and went off with someone else who did make the first move. Or maybe, she could be treating you as "just a friend". Even though she may not share her joy with you, rest assured she'd most probably come to you to pour out her sorrows, especially if those sorrows are related to her newfound boyfriend.
Looking at the bright side, there could be a possible silver lining, too. Going out with another guy does not necessarily mean she has already chosen him to be her boyfriend. Maybe he is "just a friend"? You may still stand a chance, so maybe you might want to stop lamenting about yourself here and start doing something more constructive, such as letting her know your feelings for her? -

Well..she can choose to celebrate her happiness with anyone unless you own her.
You only lost her when she's dead...even then...she's not completely gone.
If you're as good as you think you are, then it's just her loss not to appreciate your presence. If not, maybe you aren't as good as you think you are to her?
Forget about what she's thinking, further speculations will only bring about future dispute and quarrels.
