need help urgently, stalker/harasser problem

I am writing this on the behalf of my friend.
She's a nice girl and have above average looks, but she didn't notice that there is a stalker who started stalking her since last year until when the stalker got her hp no. and started harassing her. She just signed a new 2 year plan and its almost like stupid to pay the fines just to change a new hp no. (wat if that guy got hold of her hp no. again). this is getting nasty as the harasser uses private numbers to call her. My friend can't afford to off the phone coz she might miss urgent calls from her company or friends. she somehow knew the stalker/harasser was her primary school friend. She haven't report it to the police but she kept warning that guy she would report to no vain. i know she should have ignore the call but it's private no. who know's its from where? once she picked up the phone, she have difficulty putting down the phone coz the guy knew she is awake. perverted bastard. once she pick up the guys phone, thats it, the guy will call non-stop. These is really irritating and disturbing. So how do we go abt solving this problem?
she is using a M1 nokia 6170, so i tot of setting the phone to silent mode then set the others to some family or something profile? or use call barring, but how to bar private no., wat if its an important call? is there anyother way like reporting to the police and jail that guy? is there such a law?
this problem is driving my friend crazy... i feel so helpless unable to help her... -

should ask me for help...i can make sure the stalker let me stalk him everyday until he knows there perverts out there more perverted than a perverted...haha.....the best way to fight fire is with fire...tell ur fren to be creative about it

that is freaky..i used to have a stalker ...the stalker use to leave cakes, food to eat on my car..in my farkin house!!! trespassing!! so i reported to police and issued restriction order

I was harrassed before too..and so I consulted a fren who worked as a police before..he said even if u want to bar the number, u have to make a police report and bring it to ur mobile operator so that they investigate, track the number and bar the number for u. So she knows the stalker? Is there any common fren that she can seek help from? Probably report him to the police and not juz worry about the private number.

Hi there, im a newbie here. Upon hearing wat happen to your frd, i would like to share my experience here as well. The similar incident happened to me abt 4yrs ago... And i have irritating calls from diff guy every min of the day and ask for free sex as my hp nos was been advertised over the net by one of my frd(play a stupid joke on me!!!) At one point, i got pissed off and went directly to my guy for help as he was a police officer. He detained my hp for abt 02days and take the calls personally and tape all the conversation down. Finally, he got all the nos of the caller and actually issued warning to the callers. Less den a wk after wat my guy did, everything was solved! And for the rest of my 02yrs using that line, everything is peaceful. Hence, i urge you to get ur frd to go lodge a polce report asap as to stop the matter from getting bad to worst! Good luck.

Ask your fren to invite the stalker to Msia. Pay some $$ to the indo illegal immigrants there to bump him off. They can burn the body in the palm tree plantation and throw the ash into the sea within 3 hrs. If you find the method to be too cruel, then deal with him in a more humane way. Police will solve the problem for you.

actually ur fren can change her number..juz report the case to M1 and tel m1 tt there has been nuisance call coming in everyday. most cases they will waive the change number fee...
in the contract, ur fren onli cannot terminate or transfer the line to another pple...she can change number...talk to the CSO abt it... -
1/ file police report
2/ use police report, lawyer will write to ur Service provider to disclose the identity of person who make harrass call.
3/ lawyer will issue summon to him include PPE & restraining order.
4/ Subcourt judge will instruct AG chamber to investigate, AG --> police.
5/ if guilty, police may institute criminal charges against him
