few weeks ago, i was in class, my gf suddenly sms-ed me to go over to her place.. the way she talked in the sms, i sensed sth amiss and quickly went over..
i went in her home and saw her standing at one corner of the home and her ex-bf at another. she saw me and quickly ran to hug me, her face was red, could tell that she cried. i kept asking her wad happened but she didnt say. she was screaming at him to leave.
after a few minutes we managed to ask her ex-bf to leave
after he left, we sat down n she told me he raped her. i was like 'WHAT THE F*UCK ?!?!?!?!' dan she started crying.
i just cannot understand why she nv tell me when i was there. she claimed she didnt want me to beat him. but she told me after he left, wad could i do??? if she told me earlier at least i could've punch n kick him a few times dan wont feel so angry.
i feel like an idiot.. when he was a few meters away from me i didnt confront him. only when he left dan i feel like beating him. i keep on asking her for his contact and address, she simply refuses to divulge!!
she still like him isit??? he do such a bad thing she still tell me to forget it and dont find him. but i cannot just sit here n do nothing right ARGHHH my friends who think that she still likes him told me maybe she agreed to do it with him, but after that she felt guilty towards me so she used the word 'rape'

I knw hw u feel. Last time I had a gf, she was having party and feel asleep on the couch. And she woke up because her thai flatmate was touching her all over her body. It made me so fu*kin pissed off. Worse thing was I was overseas so I cant really do anything about it. I forced her to go to the police..even ask her friends to bring her to the police to make report...But those idiotic stupid friends and her said police wont do anything. It made me even more angry because of their unwillingness. Finally I accepted a compromise that she report it to the landlord. The landlord kicked the flatmate out and reported it to the thai as*hole's employer so the employer fired him.
Of cause this is just tip of the iceberg..I cant let it go so easily..but being overseas I was powerless to do much. So I called two of my thug-type friends n help me beat that lowlife up. And they did. But the worse things is, it takes alot of strength and forgiveness to forget what happened. -
If what your gf said is true and if he did try to molest let alone rape her then call the police. Don't take matters into your own hands by trying to beat him up, you will only land yourself in jail along with him.
Just call the police and let them take over from there. Also, don't be afraid of losing face and all that. Something like that should not be left unpunished and....
whats stopping him from approaching ur gf and doing it again when you are not there?
If you love your gf alot, make sure he face justice in addition to preventing such a thing from occuring again.. -

i feel weird too. but when i went there, i saw him grabbing her arms and refusing to let go. could tell it was painful cos she was screaming at him to let go of her. i also saw her wrists were sore and red. so i believed her at this point that she didnt let him in willingly
she said she let him in, cos he kept on knocking on her door, and he promised he would just talk to her for a while..
but previously, she also let one of my ex-friends in, and she told me he lie on her bed. she had nowhere else to rest, so she went to lie beside him and dan he tried to force-kiss her. i was like 'WTFFFFFFFFFFFFF' (duno whether to blame the guy or blame her)
worse, the guy used a bloody lame excuse (he said he wana go her home to borrow ez-link card) and she let him in.

And if there is penetration, whether it is really rape or ( sorry to say this ) its consentual but your GF regret it later and claim rape. And how to determine it is really rape or consentual ? I think you will know it better yourself based on your knowledge of your GF. Did she and her EX had sex too? No need to tell us . But with this knowledge, I guess you can roughly gauge for yourself if its a case of consentual sex but claimed rape case.
